HugPak Team‑Building Mountain Climbing

Jack Zhang, President and Founder of HugPak Packaging Limited, launched his packaging career in 2008 at a top folding‑carton manufacturer in Zhejiang, China. He mastered the full in‑house workflow from packaging design to finished goods production.
Drawing on this solid manufacturing background, Jack founded HugPak Packaging Limited in 2012. The company expanded its facilities in Shenzhen and Dongguan in 2016, building a complete end‑to‑end supply chain to deliver custom paper packaging solutions for global brand clients.

Rayna joined the packaging industry in 2016 and has accumulated extensive experience in international sales, project management and customer service. In May 2022, she took on the role of CEO at HugPak Packaging.
Her work focuses on building a more customer-centered organization, improving internal processes, and ensuring that each customer receives a clear, efficient and consistent service experience. She works closely with the sales, design and production teams to help customers turn packaging ideas into stable, high-quality products that meet market demands.

With years of experience in international packaging sales, She has developed a deep understanding of the needs of brand owners, e-commerce sellers and retail customers. Her work focuses on building long-term, trusted relationships with customers from Europe, the United States and other export markets.
She is responsible for supporting customers through the entire packaging process, from initial concept, material selection and structural design to sampling, mass production and delivery. Her goal is to help customers find the most suitable packaging solution while balancing cost, quality and lead time.

Susan specializes in custom‑packaging visual design for gift boxes, corrugated cartons, paper tubes and retail displays.
She translates brand requirements into practical, eye‑catching artwork, balancing aesthetics, print feasibility and budget to deliver tailored packaging solutions on schedule.

Tony is an expert in packaging structural design, die‑line development and prototype making.
He develops material and structural solutions for food‑grade gift packaging. He bridges customer concepts to mass‑production‑ready designs, ensuring every box works well for assembly, printing and logistics.

Lily oversees the full‑cycle quality‑control system for custom packaging orders.
She manages raw‑material incoming checks, in‑production monitoring and final pre‑shipment inspections. She ensures all products meet food‑grade requirements, customer specifications and export standards to reduce defects before shipment.

Our design team will work with you to achieve the ideal packaging solution based on your needs and budget. Most of them has more than 10 years’ experience and highly educated. They are dedicated to help you through the process of order custom paper boxes and corrugated paper display stands.

A prototype is an early sample built to test a concept or process. Our engineers use the most advanced technology that allows us to create custom printed cardboard displays and paper packaging boxes that are not only beautiful to the eye but also built following the highest standards carefully.

After the customer confirms the Prototype, CTP will be started. Our engineers will check the graphic information both on the Prototype and CTP edition to see if there are wrong words and abnormal picture colors. So as to minimize the error rate.

Our engineers creatively apply scientific principles to design structures and manufacturing processes, built with a full understanding of design. We will start production once customer satisfication and confirm our samples.

Our factory located in Shenzhen, covers 18,000 square meters and 200 employees. It is equipped with many fully automatic mechanical equipment. After purchasing base paper, workers began to cut paper to prepare for printing.
