  2. Choose paper. Generally, the gift box outer liner paper is made of C2S (coated two sides). The material weight is generally 128G, 105g, 157G. Few gift boxes have outer liner paper of more than 200g, because if the facial paper is too thick, the framed gift box is easy to blister, and it looks dull outside. Inside liner paper is to select the appropriate double gray paper according to the needs of customers, commonly known as gray board paper or gray cardboard.
  3. The gift box only needs to print the outer liner paper, and the inside liner paper will not be printed. Occasionally it is only dyed. Because the gift box is an outer packaging box, the printing process quality requirements are very strict,, and the most taboo is color differences, ink dots, rotten versions, which affect the aesthetic.
  4. Surface treatment: the outer liner paper of the gift box usually needs surface treatment. The common ones are Gloss lamination, Matt lamination, UV, Aqueous coating, Hot stamping, Emboss, Deboss, Matt Varnishing and Gloss Varnishing.
  5. Die cutting, die cutting is a much more important step in the printing process. If you want to cut accurately, you must make the die cuts accurately. If the die cuts is not accurate, the die cutting is biased, and the die cutting is continuous, these will affect the subsequent processing.
  6. Mounting. Usually, it is mounted first and then die-cut, but the gift box is mounted first and then die-cut. First, it is afraid of scratching the outter liner paper. Second, the gift box need to pay more attention to the overall beauty. So usually the paper mounting of the gift box must be made by hand.
  7. Finally, if you need to punch holes, we will punch holes. If you don’t need, we will wipe the glue on the surface, and then pack and deliver.
