When the moisture content increases, it is difficult to grasp our water absorption performance during printing. Therefore, during printing, it may cause problems such as paper deformation, edge warping and edge tightening. There may also be inaccurate overprint.
In general printing, temperature affects the drying time and quality of our printed products. When the temperature is high, the drying speed is fast, and when the temperature is low, the drying speed is slow. Low temperature prolongs our printing time and wastes our time cost. In addition, the quality of temperature, humidity, and audio ink in the workshop leads to unclear levels of printing images and texts, and poor quality due to poor color.
The workshop with too high temperature will also make our color box and carton custom printing equipment work in failure, just like the thermoelectric protection equipment, the overload protection will be started when the temperature is high, which will affect the normal operation of the equipment. In case of high temperature, some equipment that needs to be operated at rated temperature may discharge and cause short circuit or fire.
